Ingredients

2 cups raw biodynamic dairy milk (or coconut milk if you are going dairy free
ΒΌ cup organic cacao powder
2 tbsps grass-fed clean gelatin
1 tsp organic pure vanilla extract
Method
Heat the milk on medium-low in a heavy-bottomed pot (keep just below 65 degrees to retain the milk enzymes for optimal digestion)
Add the cacao and whisk until well combined.
Once combined, whisk in the gelatin by slowly pouring as you whisk.

Pour into your desired glasses or cups and chill for at least 2 hours, or until set.
