I have just done Leanne's Hormonal program and cannot believe how much I have learnt and how it has changed my health and energy levels. Having tried many routes/naturopath/acupuncture/holistic doctors etc and not succeeded. I was feeling pretty lost when I started working with Leanne. I spent two years trying to be a detective and find out what I needed to do for my health. Through the course I have managed to shed fat and now I have more energy. I used to come to Crossfit three times per week and my goal was to just get through the workout of the day. I now have the energy to come five times per week and am willing to try anything that is thrown at me. I felt a lot lighter even after the first session and all up feel like I have dropped off some major baggage. I have felt so much clearer in the day and able to be a lot more focused and strategic with what I have to get done. Initially, I started in the arvo and found it super challenging but quickly changed to the morning and made a routine of it. The change to the morning meant I could enjoy the benefits during the day.
By day 3 or 4 I started to really look forward to it. It definitely can be challenging but that feeling at the end is like the biggest endorphin rush followed by so much peace.
What I feel like I gained the most is clarity and focus.
