Naturally, the way in which you are fueling your body with nutrients will play a large part in your liveliness. Even so, pay attention to your breath right now.

Simply sprinkling a few pranayamas (breathing exercises) throughout your day will keep you vibing along in balance.

♁ Ayurveda philosophy suggests from 6 am to 10 am is the perfect time for “kapalabhati, Ujjayi, or Sun Breaths to stimulate energy and enhance circulation.

☉ From 10 am to 2 pm is when the sun is at its highest point, to balance this heat try Sheetali breathing. This will provide you with a quick calm.

❇︎ Tradition says that from 2 pm to 6 pm is our cognitive and creative time and the perfect balance is Nadi Shodhana breathing.
